Welcome to CABi – College App Bestie, integrated (“the Service”), provided by Road to Uni, a nonprofit organization registered in the state of New York, United States. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the Service.
- Acceptance of Terms
By using CABi, you affirm that you are of legal age to enter into this agreement, or you have obtained the necessary consent from a parent or legal guardian. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Road to Uni.
- Use of the Service
CABi is an AI-powered chatbot designed to provide answers and guidance throughout your college application journey. It is available for users across the United States. CABi is primarily tailored for first-generation, low-income students, but it can also be used by parents and school counselors seeking assistance in the college application process.
The Service is currently free for all users, and Road to Uni aims to keep it accessible for first-gen, low-income students in the future. However, please note that the free nature of the Service is subject to change, and Road to Uni reserves the right to introduce fees or subscription plans in the future.
- Data Privacy and Security
Road to Uni is committed to safeguarding your data and respecting your privacy. CABi will collect and process your personal data to provide personalized assistance and improve the Service’s performance. Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, store, and protect your information. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
